Using the FLipMouse for Environmental Control
Via built-in sender- and receiver modules, the FLipMouse can replicate functions of arbitrary infrared-remote control devices. Desired functions of a remote (e.g. "increase volume" or "change channel") can be recorded from an existing IR-remote, and can then be reproduced by FLipMouse when the mouthpiece is moved or when a connected switch is pressed.

Thus, not only television sets, DVD or music centers can be used, but also many different devices for home automation (light control, room climate), remote-controlled toys and much more.
